At this time we are unable to accept exchanges or returns for vintage clothing, accessories, and home decor items. All sales are final.

As all items are previously owned, they may come with some wear from being used and loved by their past owners, however we do our best to curate the best quality items from our donations.

For this reason, please read item descriptions carefully before purchasing. If you have an inquiry about your order please email: hello@secondchancethriftvintage.com

shipping

Due to Covid-19 please allow for longer delivery time.

All orders are fulfilled on Fridays and shipped within 3-5 business days unless otherwise noted. Your tracking number will be emailed to you once the shipping label is created.

Local deliveries will be arranged by our couriers, who will be in contact with you regarding delivery details and time. An email will be sent with proof of delivery. Please provide suit number and buzzer code for apartment buildings.

Second Chance Thrift + Vintage is not responsible for any applicable duty fees which may arise upon accepting your package. During any international customs process, duty fees may be charged upon receipt.

local pick up

All local pick up orders will be fulfilled and available for pick up on Fridays from 10am - 3pm (excluding holidays). We will contact you once your order is ready, however please feel free to reach out to us at hello@secondchancethriftvintage.com with any questions or concerns.
