Second Chance Employment Program

The Second Chance Employment Program was created to meet the needs of job-seekers living with disabilities. The program combines pre-employment jobs and life skills alongside work experience placements to prepare participants living with disabilities for the jobs market. Those taking part in the Second Chance Employment Program will master valuable jobs skills, gain relevant certifications and receive hands-on work experience opportunities.

Second Chance Thrift + Vintage would like to express our sincerest gratitude to the CIBC Foundation, a proud sponsor of our program. The CIBC Foundation champions inclusive communities by creating social and economic opportunities for all. Thanks to the generous support of the CIBC Foundation, Second Chance Thrift + Vintage can increase economic opportunities and contribute to greater inclusivity in our community through our Second Chance Employment Program.
